Kurzfassung in Deutsch
Gemeinsamer Workshop von Universitaetsrechenzentrum und Professur Rechnernetze und verteilte Systeme der Fakultaet fuer Informatik der TU Chemnitz.
Ausgehend von allgemeinen Qualitätsmerkmalen von IT-Diensten widmet sich der Vortrag besonders den Aspekten Zuverlässigkeit, Verfügbarkeit und Ausfallrisiken.
Dabei steht die Darstellung von zwei Verfahren im Vordergrund, die der Beurteilung und Analyse von Risiken dienen:
Ereignisbaumanalyse (event tree analysis) und Fehlerbaumanalyse (fault tree analysis).
Beide Verfahren werden an Hand eines Beispielszenariums (Mail-Transport) vorgestellt.
