- This publication-based dissertation investigates key dimensions of organizational behavior, eco-innovation, AI adoption, and entrepreneurship within the tourism industry. It comprises four research papers, each published or under review in prestigious international journals. The introduction provides a thorough literature review, outlines research motivations, and summarizes the studies. The first paper systematically reviews power dynamics across organizational types, revealing persistent hierarchical structures. The second paper develops a typology of eco-innovators –Believers, Sellers, and Beneficiaries-based on their sustainability motivations. The third study uses a mixed-method approach to explore AI adoption in talent attraction and recruiting within multinational corporations, uncovering issues like biased decision-making and data privacy concerns. The fourth paper constructs and validates a scale to measure entrepreneurship in the tourism sector, employing a systematic literature review, Delphi method, and extensive survey. The dissertation concludes by highlighting its theoretical and practical contributions, addressing limitations, and proposing future research directions, emphasizing the need for ongoing empirical validation of the proposed frameworks in dynamic environments.
